I have been working with Alvis for the past five years, and I can’t express enough how much he has helped me navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. From processing old traumas, getting married, becoming a stepmom, and later a mom mom, to professional challenges, he has been there to help me through it all.
What stands out the most to me is how he’s equipped me with tools to handle life’s obstacles. He sometimes gives me the answers, but usually, he has a way of helping me figure things out for myself. His feedback is thoughtful and always insightful, guiding me towards clarity without ever making me feel judged. I’ve always felt seen and heard in our sessions, and that’s something I truly value.
I’m not perfect, and I’m still learning a lot in therapy, but I feel I’m in a much better place than I was when I first started. Alvis has played a key role in helping me save my own life, and I’ll forever be grateful for the path he’s helped me discover and carve out. I’m a better wife, mom, coworker, friend, person.
